Digermulen is located east in Lofoten. It is 1 hour drive to from Digermulen to regional center  Svolvær. Svolvær has an airport and fast ferry service to Bodø. The famous "Hurtigruten" also stops here. From Svolvær you can also reach Digermulen by bus 4 days a week. We normally arrive Digermulen from Harstad/Narvik airport Evenes that has several daily flights to Oslo and other cities. From Evenes it is a 1,5-2 hour drive to Digermulen by car. You can also travel from Evenes to Digermulen by expressbus tuesdays and thursdays. This express bus passes the Raftsund bru located 21 km from Digermulen daily from Evenes. It is possible to book a taxi from the Raftsund bru to Digermulen. If we are in Digermulen we can arrange pick up at the Raftsund bridge. 

In Digermulen you can experience everything Norway is famous for in a very compact area. We are surrounded by the highest peaks in Lofoten with glaciers and waterfalls. You find the magic Trollfjord here, a narrow trolly fjord, easily accessed from Digermulen. East of Digermulen you find an endless archipelago with more than 330 islands, some with sandy beaches perfect for boat trips and kayaking. You can rent kayaks in Digermulen. In the surrounding mountains you will find a lot of marked trails for all levels. Some of them lead you up to small fishing lakes and all of them lead you up to explore fantastic views. Digermulen has little traffic and beautiful cosy roads perfect for cycling. Talking about cycling, Digermulen has great downhill cycling too. The diving conditions around Digermulen is fantastic. There is also great climbing all over the place. In wintertime you can go skiing just outside the house. We have a small slope for kids in the garden where they can play in the snow. We hike the peaks in this area all winter. The best skiing season is february to mid may.
